Our role

We connect buyers and sellers with independent dealers. We are not a party to transactions between you and any dealer. Vehicle condition, pricing, and documentation are agreed directly between you and the dealer.

Dealer listings

Dealer information, including reviews and ratings, is sourced from publicly available data. While we vet dealers before listing, we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information or the outcome of any transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian Luxury Cars is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or dealings with listed dealers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
